Notes about your appointment

Be ensure you have selected your own timezone when creating the appointment.

Once your call is confirmed it will be scheduled automatically. Please add to your calendar. We will send a reminder 1 day before and a few hours beforehand.

Please prepare your questions to make the most of the time that is reserved for you. There will be a Google Meet link included, however, we can talk on the phone if it’s more convenient for you.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, not to worry, we just ask that you give 24 hours notice so that time slot can be made available for others. If you’ve paid a deposit it will be refunded to you if adequate notice is given.
